By accessing the Site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. 55 Lottery reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be verified.
Permitted use
You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or copy Site content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server or network connected to the Site; introduce malicious code; or engage in conduct that restricts another person's use or enjoyment of the Site. Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of your access without notice or refund.
Payments and account responsibilities
Where the Site facilitates financial transactions, you agree to use only payment methods lawfully available to you, including UPI-enabled applications such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM, as well as net banking and eligible debit or credit cards. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited comply with applicable Indian financial regulations. You must also maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify 55 Lottery immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We reserve the right to disable any account at our sole discretion where these Terms of Service have not been observed.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content published on 55lottery.io, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design of the Site, is the exclusive property of 55 Lottery or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 55 Lottery name and logo are registered trademarks of 55 Lottery. Nothing on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.
Permitted use of content
You may access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may print or download a single copy of any page for personal reference, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, or republication in any medium, is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of 55 Lottery.
User-submitted content
If you submit any content to the Site, you grant 55 Lottery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content worldwide in any media. You warrant that you own or control all rights in that content, that it is accurate, and that its use by 55 Lottery will not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law or regulation.

The Site and all content, services, and features provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 55 Lottery does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on the Site.
Exclusion of damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55 Lottery, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from failed payment transactions through third-party processors such as PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM where the failure originates with the payment provider.
Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 55 Lottery to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms of Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to 55 Lottery in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.
